I have no idea how often this might occur, but maybe it could be avoided by augmenting the name string used for avatar lookup with a special character(s) indicating master game, For example under the covers instead of Ziberman use ~Ziberman~ to avoid name collisions.

Side note: The Mate in 3+ lesson isn't a mate in 3 with best play. I think this is badly labelled.
