Bulldog Chess templates

Whoa. So many colors. I'm probably going to want to use them in my regular bulldog games (not just 4-way)...

Everything is working with graphics (and depends on the graphics program you use). I'm sure there is a lot of "copy and paste", fill (to add color), text (for the labels), and so on.
There was once someone "Battlechess" on these forums doing 3D graphics. He must have had some 3D graphics program, and he would even play games moving the 3D pieces. I think some of his files used a lot of memory, and amazingly chess.com never complained.

Those 3D graphics look cool, even though I would not really want to use 3D graphics when I play myself. It is fascinating to look at with consideration how much work it must have taken to make them.
I used Microsoft Paint to make the board with a lot of copy and paste like vickalan described,
And yeah, feel free to use the graphics however you want @Fly-Eagles-Fly.

lol. Those are rocks. The piece is called "elites" or "guards" and they are short-range attackers. They can attack any piece 1 or 2 squares in any direction. I think it represents smashing a rock on your opponent, which must be in close-range.

1. watermelons also work
2. aren't guards only able to go only 1 square (like a king)

Sorry for replying late. Yes, guards are like non-royal kings in almost all variant games around here.
But the variant "Waterloo" had a piece called guard which can go 2 squares in any direction. The game was designed by Ivan Kosintsev (from Ukraine I believe), and I also saw where he called the piece "Elite Guards" or "Elites". That's the name I preferred to avoid confusion. But his official website still uses "guards" I think.

Hi friedmelon, I like those graphics a lot! I would even like to play a game with it (but need to start later because I'm a little busy now).
But I only have one comment: If you want to match the normal "witch" setup, you should have knights outside of the bishops. Then one guard, and one witch goes on the outside of the knights, like this:
