It's been reported. You can cancel the alert after accepting and it should go away.
Challenge to A Daily Game Can Be Accepted Infinitely

I reported this too, now some days ago something like 13 games got canceled. More about the server overload.
Someone challenged me to 2 daily games- one as white, and one as black. I accepted both, and later find this in my notifications tab:
clicking this takes me to the accept screen, and if I accept it creates a new game.
After creating the game though, the notification does not go away and I am able to accept again.
I did not catch on to this being a bug at first, I thought he just kept challenging me, and now this is the result:
it shouldn't be that much of a problem unless he doesn't want to play that many games, just thought you all might like to know
