Chess.com app not loading

Is anyone else having trouble using the chess.com mobile app? I haven't been able to get past the loading screen since Wednesday morning.

I had that a few months ago on my phone, the app would just never open and stay stuck on that screen. I found that the only way to fix it was to delete and reinstall the app

I tried it on sunday and it still worked tho maybe its just you

There have been some other similar reports. If you let it sit for a while, will it eventually load?

The apps don't use the website beta. It's possible the issue is related to loading the app while the site is experiencing very high loads though.

I had this issue several months ago, before this increase in popularity. I was using the ios phone app. it would not load, it just stayed on the loading screen forever. after the issue persisted for a few days, I had to delete and reinstall the app

Delete and re-install. I had this issue after an upgrade before.
