Improve keyboard usability the New Collection dialog:
A) Auto-focus the <input> field by default, because there's nothing else to do but enter a name. Right now, one has to click the name field, but it's the only sensible UI element!
B) Automatically submit the form when pressing Enter.

In the Collection <select> object, select New Collection
