The first part is saying that end cities spawn in a 20x20 chunk range (320 by 320 blocks).
Just go to the other part of the end through remote gateway and then search around (make sure to mark the coords of the gateway)
It shouldn't be too hard if you have enough pearls
what 20x20 chunk range though. 20x20 from where?
I was talking about the size of the end city
There is no specific way to find end cities fast; just explore as much as you can and then you will most likely find large end cities
oh ok, but I should look in chunks that are multiples of 20 right
I did find one, but it was literally(actually)1 tower with 6 shulkers

Every time you kill the ender dragon a new end city portal appears. So if you feel like facing it again....
yeah, the thing is, its a server with my friends. but even with diamond armor, they all got slaughtered, and I carried the fight. Doing it that many more times just to get one next to an end city seems....
Well, that is the only reliable way to find end cities. They generate far apart from each other...

That would be unlucky. Usually if you pearl travel in a diagonal with high render distance then it would be likely that you get an end city.
I turned my render distance to max :/ and pearled from island to island
hmmmmmmm i thnk this tells that end citis are quite rare cuz u said u cant find one
20x20 chunks are quite pretty small,you have to search for it many times with the end gateway,and you suld kill endermens on the end central island to get more pearls and teleport through islands,and,if u carried many water buckets,riptide tridents woud help you
move across the island gaps,so,id u found an end city you,sould not leave that city until you get evrything(loot,shulker shells,etc.)and dont forget to carry beacons and at least 9 iron blocks to locate your end getaway. hope this helps !

I saw this when googling:
"Almost all structures spawn aligned to a grid plus a random offset; for End Cities the grid size is 20x20 chunks and the offset is 0-8, so they can generate at chunk coordinates 0,0 to 8,8 plus a multiple of 20 (this also means that you'll never find an End City at a coordinate which is 9-19 plus a multiple of 20; regardless of the world seed only about 1/5 of coordinates can ever have an End City)."
I don't quite understand where they can generate still though, can someone explain?
