How can coordinators be promoted to an admin

1. Invite members using links at least invite 18 members  10 have to at least have to join then report them to @Atharvabist 
2. make matches/vote chess  5 of them at least 
3. Still follow the rules !!
4. make four topics/news puzzles etc at least 3 of them
5. u may not ask another super admin  to promote or demote that person
6. have fun  

  Also if the coordinator is inactive that member will be demoted
