short answer: you dont

google minehut or aternos(I use minehut. You have to make an account, a basic account grants two servers each with 10 player slots for free. just make sure once you name the server, you don't change the name, it'll reset everything)

You can make your own 1.16 Java Multiplayer Server for free by downloading Minecraft's official 1.16.5 server.jar file (ask me if u need it). Then google a tutorial.
