Good question. I was hoping to figure that out myself since it looks like OTB tournaments are out of the question for now.
How do you connect your uscf to your chess.com profile?
Fill out the application to join this club: https://www.chess.com/club/uschess-members-only This is where a lot of uschess tournaments are held.

You go to your settings which is on the button above the play icon (the one with your avatar on it). You click on settings and it takes to all your personal info with your username, password, etc. Toward the bottom, there is a section called OTB rating with a blank box. Change the OTB to USCF or if you wanted to, you could do FIDE or National or even ELO. Since you asked about USCF, click the USCF and on the blank box to the right, type in your rating. Click save and then you are done!

You go to settings then it should say on the bottom OTB rating then put USCF then put your rating
That's for entering your USCF rating so other people can see it. I think s/he means how do you connect Chess.com to your USCF profile, so that you can play Online tournaments or something like that. You just have to play online tournaments that count officially. I don't think that this is possible, but if you do want to play official tournaments, contact this gmail address below.
This gmail address is the account for the person that administers the tournament. It is used only for tournament purposes, and is not that persons personal gmail. FM Jairo, the tournament director, holds online Quads every other week, so contact him. The entry fee is $20, but getting first in your quad will reward you with $12. There are quads for every rating, from UNR. to just about 2000. THe website they use is
onthechessboard.com
The tournaments start at 11 am, and if you are rated, the time controls are G20 with a 5 second increment, and if you are UNR. USCF then the time control is G15 with a 5 second increment. The day of the tournament, an email will be sent to you with a tutorial on how to use the website, and a zoom meeting that is recommended.

This is the right answer if you want to play US Chess official Online rated games under the Chess.com affiliate.
Other affiliates are starting to run online rated events as well and for most you will need to fill out that form, unless they are able to verify you some other way.

Contact the gmail I posted above, and there is an online tournament. You get Online USCF Quick rating for it.

That is not needed. US Chess Online rated play is available through the chess.com US Chess Affiliate under the US Chess - Members Only club and through any number of other affiliates that are now offering rated chess on site.
