How is the tie break system in a chess.com tournament counted?

IDK when 2 players have the same points, how can their tie break points be different?

If you mean daily tournaments:

Points you scored against an opponent * points that player scored total. For example, if you scored 1,5 point against one opponent, and he scored 4 points total, you will get 1,5*4=6 points. And then you count all players and these points will be the tiebreaks.

Basically, you need to win against stronger opponents. If you score 11 points, and other player also 11 points and you both are 2nd in the group, but you won one game against 1st while other player lost both, but he won both games against 6th but you won one you will win on tiebreaks.
