I think d4 isn't that bad as long as you block the diagonal with c3/Nc3/Bd2/Qd2 (Yes, Nd2 is kinda bad) and occasionally b4. With that said, e4/e3 is probably better than d4 still

the 8. "the game just continues" is such an uncomplete answer. Sorry!
I know that chess.com just screwed up the aesthetics of the interface... bring back the dark squares instead of that terrible looking fog wannabe.
If you don't know the rules then means you're new to the club. Anyways:
1. What is the goal of this game? To capture your opponent's king
2. What makes this game special? It's fun and there's no engine analysis, no pure theory, just good strategies.
3. How many squares can you see at the start? 32
4. Can kings move to squares where they are in check? Yes but it will end in sorrow.
5. Why is d4 very early a bad move? If your opponent has put a queen on a5 or a bishop on b4 you put your king in check.
6. Can you draw? Yes there can be draws.
7. Do you see a square when you can capture En Passant? Yes.
8. What happens in a King Vs King endgame? You stumble around hoping the opponent will hang their king whilst you don't hang yours.
9. What is CTK and is it in this game? Capture The King. Yes.
10. Does Jαd play this? (make an explanation why) If he doesn't he simply hasn't discovered it yet. The moment he does he'll get addicted too.
