I am pretty sure it is because the server is restarting.

On top of the tournaments section in Live (or under the tournament's section in play), you should either see "Server restarts NOW", or "Server restarts in 0 minutes."

In This Moment is a terrible band anyway. It's probably best there isn't a tournament for them.
