hmm...that's strange i have the same problem when i play daily games
i use firefox as my browser
I've played using Firefox on a Windows PC, Chrome on a Windows PC and Safari on an iPad with no problems.
The biggest thing is to stay up to date with the current mainline version of the browser. The site has always recommended Chrome and Firefox in the past and others could have some issues.
If you're running something like the Developer's version of Firefox, it's possible new browser code could interact unexpectedly with site code.
Brave is built on Google's Chromium code, just like Chrome and Firefox... and Edge. If should work the same on all three.
To all the BETA people, players and programmers:
I'm wondering whether the chess.com playing experience is perhaps browser-dependent? Recently I've been struggling with the Firefox browser (on Linux), whereby the chess.com website does not always react "nicely" to events of mouse-hovering and mouse-clicking. Thus I began to wonder whether "my" problem is a matter of client-side (only my type of browser), or a matter of server-side (browser-specific chess.com software code)? What are the user-experiences with other browsers, such as Google "Chrome" or Microsoft "Internet Explorer" or Apple's "Safari" browser?Do the programmers of chess.com recommend a specific browser to be used? Or are they aiming at making the game-play experience browser-neutral (browser-independent)? Any good advice in this matter would be appreciated
