Maybe it’s not by zun himself but by zun’s teammate ruw who is in charge of touhou’s copyright.
many people in china is negative with ruw.He sent copyright to low-quality mobile games in china and he charges touhou’s copyright in his own ways and critics many artists.
I'm sure all of you know what Moriya Shrine is. I'm not talking about the place in Touhou, I’m talking about the website. Where we all downloaded EoSD for the first time. Where you could get, really, any Touhou game for free. Moriya Shrine recently was closed down due to a DMCA complaint sent by none other than ZUN. Well, ZUN’s officials anyways. Just telling you all, because this really sucks.
