Did the admins approve that? That's a 200 point increase in daily rating, although their blitz ratings are fairly similar, so they are probably roughly similar strength.
Yes, he is approved. The collected rating is 1127.

LOL. I suppose he was 1127 at one point. Under-rated by a mere 800 points or so. Where is the comment from admins giving approval?

I'll take a further look at this in a few minutes. It seems K-Agarwal resigned all his games at one point, whether they were passed the 4 move point or not. Even if it's not intentional sandbagging and he was just busy, it would be unfair to use his rating after that for his Q-rating.

He had a visibly deflated rating at the beginning of 2020, and then didn't play until May 2020. As his rating was deflated, I believe the most fair thing do to here would be to take the rating after 20 games. This rating is 1581. That is still below the rating of the player he is subbing for, so the substitution is valid. The first post has been updated respectively.

The third game has incorrect colors. The first two games are correct, and have been added to the sheets. The third game can be aborted, but a new game must be started with the correct color pairings. Either way, the third game is invalid.
