Btw peoples the hard puzzle this time is of extreme difficulty, 7.8% pass rate at about 3900 rating, so anybody who solves it without hints first try is legendary 🔥💪

I don't recall signing up for this specific thing - puzzles. I don't see myself ever posting here so 'follow' is not checked. How do I get out?

If they take the queen and black puts Nf3 it's checkmate.
So black looses a Rook and wins a Queen.

You can set the settings in the club to not receive notifications from the forum and therefore not from the puzzles. But then you will not receive any notification from the forum. Why not just try to solve the puzzles? Everyone is free from this. It is certainly not an obligation or anything.

I am perfectly happy to receive notifications from the forum, which I want...but one should not automatically have to get 'puzzle' notifications. That's...just wrong to force those on people. I get WAY too many notifications as is...like people posting: '.' or such...and I have to go see if it's a legitimate comment or some kid just trying to score 'posting points'. Really is a bother. I report them for spamming...but it's way too many.

Then...it should be 'for people who want to solve' them...not everyone. Perhaps a new forum specially for that?

I solved the easy and medium no problem. I was only able to get the first move of the hard puzzle, that one was really tough. After using hints to solve it, I had to use an engine to understand it.
