Sit and Stall

Stall and Sit it mean: don't play until partner tells you or just don't play few seconds?

well

It means that if your partner's opponent doesnt move and is waiting for a piece, and you have more time on the clock than your partner's opponent, then you force him to make a move or else he will time out

so like you dont move

and thats where the word stall came from
