There are some other hidden clues in the room. Be sure that you are looking (literally) everywhere. If this snapshot is from your game, you may be missing a few more clues still. There are specific things that has to be done with some of them, that you will have to figure out.
Sometimes, you can't find another clue until you have done something with the ones you already have. Then you will have to sometimes search in some of the same areas all over again because another clue has been unlocked.
Don't give up! When you figure it out, it will be an amazing feeling of relief and success!

Good grief! It's been so long. I've found everything; but I can't get that combination to the safe. If I remember correctly, I thought it was the year, or the month and year, or the month and date; but none of those combinations are working...forward or backwards.

Okay, I finally got it. When you get to the safe, the code to unlock will be 1-9-9-4. So this will be the only hint I give in this game.
1994 was the year this game was first launched; but it is not supposed to work this way. The URL in the clue for Takagism History was supposed to take you to the Yellow Chamber:
On the red table there, we used to get the code for the safe which was different every time you entered it:
Since the URL is no longer working 
, the code for the safe is permanently 1-9-9-4. Open the safe, and you get your last piece to escape.
