I, GalaxyPen15, representing the Hatsune Miku Chess Club, hereby declare a formal state of war upon the Balkan nations.
Our spies have informed us, that the Balkans are researching and building Weapons of mass destruction. With their central position on the map it's dangerous to let them be.
They call it the spider.
Only we can stop them!
We declare that this war is not a path of destruction, but a path of enlightenment.
