USCF Rating Percentile Charts (2022)

I tried to find these online but couldn't seem to. Do they exist? And if so, how do I find them?

If the question is "my rating is X, so what's my percentile?", here's a low-tech solution:

Every player's page has their percentile on it, so look at a few players with various ratings, see their percentiles, and construct a rough percentile chart that way.

You can also look at this, archived on the USCF website: 

http://www.uschess.org/archive/ratings/ratedist.php

It dates from November 2004, but if my own current percentile ranking is any indicator, the numbers haven't changed.

What I think you mean is the K-factor chart.  this will tell you the maximun number of points you can earn for a win plus the bonus points.  E Chess has not bonus system that I'm aware of!?
