Idk I play on bedrock…..

Search up minecraft skins on google and go to any site that provides skins. My favorite is https://namemc.com/.  Then download the skin that you want then go to the launcher and click skins in the top left. Click add skin and upload the file that you just downloaded.

Or skindex its much safer and google says it is safe, I downloaded a few things from it but I still have not used them yet: https://www.minecraftskins.com

name mc is pretty safe too
