Why Catgirls Shouldn't Exist in Real Life

Catgirls are the main thing that's inspired rule 34 throughout time, no matter where they're from. Be it the zoologist from Terraria or Texas from Winter Messenger, they all have nude art after them. Many weebs like myself want them to exist in real life with genetical modification technology, but should they?

Hi, I'm epicusernamehere, and today I'm telling you all my top 5 reasons why catgirls shouldn't exist in real life.

Number 1

Uncanny Valley

Catgirls are notorious for being part girl and part cat. That's... all that separates them from normal humans. This also disrupts natural human evolution. Imagine going to the grocery store and seeing a real human with a built-in tail and cat ears. Now imagine looking where normal humans' ears are, and seeing nothing. That would scare you to half-death. Humans used to be this animal that was covered in fur, and we lost all those pointy ears and tails eons ago. If we were to suddenly bring it back... Just don't do it.

Nmber 2

Cat"GIRLS"

Everyone wants catgirls to exist, but they're all girls. Humans need both genders to reproduce offspring, so that means that every catgirl has to be asexual. That's just not natural without us redesigning the entire human interior just for a female with a tail and pointy ears.

Number 3

Racism 2: The Sequel

You guys remember how when slaves were freed? How they still weren't treated like people? How do you know that catgirls won't be turned into slaves? How do you know there won't be World War 3 to see if they should free them? World War 3 will probably destroy all of Earth's near limitless ecosystems.

Number 4

Clothing

Catgirls have tails. This makes it so every day they have to risk their pants and panties falling off because of that giant tail they can't get off or work around or have tailor made clothes. This'll greatly increase r*pe numbers and ruin plenty of catgirl's lives or ruin the clothing industry and ruin all of our lives.

Number 5

Depression and Suicide

Imagine this. One day, you wake up and you grew cat ears and a tail. You think to yourself, "Wow! That's awesome! I'm going to be late for school, though, so I have to admire it later." So you get ready and go to school, and everyone collectively starts calling you names like "Mrs. Meowington" and "Squishy Hands" (I was in a rush making those names). Imagine the build-up of the hurt feeling over the school year. That's going to cause a suicide, or two, or virtually all of the catgirls. We won't have enough room in our graveyards.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why I don't support the idea of real-life catgirls.

I will simp for anime catgirls, and I am ok with catgirl cosplays. Having true catgirls will be ok, but you have a fair point with the slavery argument. Fanfiction has told me that will probably happen.

Check the edit on the first post, all the way at the bottom of it. Also, do you remember slavery? Racism? Sexism? You get the idea. The point is, we don't have any catgirl rights laws passed in Congress, or whatever the equivalent in your country is. This makes it so catgirl/catboy slavery is perfectly legal. Then there will be rights activists saying that catgirls/catboys deserve human rights, then civil wars will break out depending on which states/territories of a country have slavery and which don't, and basically, every country with nuclear weapons is doomed. I would agree with this. If there will be catgirls in a utopian world where all the bad things can't happen, then catboys should also exist.

mhm... people aren't so evil... i am sure that would happen many accidents, cases of sexual abuse etc.. but why a war? its not a silly sheet of paper in Congress what prevents people each other hurting but its only their moral code what is important... catboys and catgirls are adorable beings... i dont belive that people would be somehow much racist to them.. . people bully more like ugly and fat persons than somebody with who you would want to sleep if you could... they would probably attract a lot of attention than people would get used to but why depression and suicides? i am sure that many of people would price them more than their own kind so hardly ever would they need more friends...

You'd be surprised the things people say and do for the smallest amount of attention, money, or power. Hell, plenty of people wanting these things try putting one person or an entire group of people down. One could easily start the newest hoax like "catpeople (let's just call them that since people also want catboys so they can reproduce and create a race of catpeople) kidnap and eat children". If you don't believe me, there was once an evil doctor who wanted to sell his own, terrible alternative to vaccines. So he decided to spread the word of it with the use of propaganda. Propaganda such as "vaccines cause autism". Does this sound familiar to you? Children are new to the world and look for guidance through adults, and adults can lie for their own purposes. Also, senior citizens were born before the rise of social media, and a lot of them are new to the concept of the internet, so they haven't really learned not to trust everything they see on it. The doctor knew these simple facts, and decided to exploit it for his own use. And this is how a lot of false information gets around, such as the aforementioned antivaccination example. Why am I bring this up in a conversation about catpeople? This is because someone can very easily spread the "catpeople fatten up kids and eat them" conspiracy I mentioned earlier. This can make it so someone can have the idea of having them locked in a factory/prison so they can make use of the "cannibalistic" catpeople. Then the activist groups knowing better and/or having friends that are catpeople decide to protest against it, then states/territories decide whether to listen to them or not, then they all fight because they don't want/want catpeople slavery in their country, and in today's age where we have nuclear weapons, entire countries will be wiped out. Also, if someone were to spread the hoax, and knowing the human race someone probably will, then what about the pre-enslaving bullying and constantly having the idea of catpeople being child eaters down their throat, of course a lot of them will kill themselves.

We should just agree to disagree now. Catgirls are fine to have in anime, fanfiction, manga, and other nonreal things. IRL, it is debatable. No more essays.
