Why did Count Dooku not have yellow eyes?

So I watched the first few movies of Star Wars. I realised that Count Dooku doesn't have yellow eyes in the movies but Anakin did. Feel free to share your thoughts.

He didn't join the sith because he was really a true villain, he joined the sith because he lost his faith in the Jedi and the Republic. It's possible he never fully gave into the dark side because his motivations weren't the same as Palpatine, or other typical sith
