Changing club membership requirements

As an official club recognized by chess dot com and the only official club for chaturaji, the Chaturaji Masters' Club decides to abandon its selective requirement that a player must have reached a rating of 2100+ in order to join the club. From now on, everyone can join the club without any restriction. If a person has 2 accounts approved by chess dot com, both accounts are eligible to join the club. However, only one account is allowed to vote in a particular election. And only one account is allowed to hold the office of admin or coordinator (in the case of super admins, exceptionally, both accounts have the right to hold this office).

This club will also become public again and no longer private so that everyone can access its contents. With the support of the variants admins, we no longer worry about the cheaters.
