Yes, I bought my Smartboard and a (large sized) box for the pieces from them because DGT didn't have an option on their page to ship to New Zealand. The first board had a problem sensing some pieces but they replaced it at no cost once I sent them a video showing the problem, but that would be a manufacturing issue rather than the shop's fault. They even agreed to send the replacement before I sent back the faulty board due to the two to three weeks it takes anything to get here. The box was remarkably good for such a low price. Later I also bought a Pegasus from them, again with no problems.
I was very happy with their service. The only thing I would say is that they should update their web page: it uses http rather than https (SSL) so gives a warning that it might not be secure.
Hey guys, I’m looking at DGT E-Boards and was wondering if anyone had any experiences with Chessgamesshop.com. “Timeless pieces 3000 and carrying bag included chess board,” is on Amazon sold and shipped by US C-Games Trade and after some digging it all comes back to the Chess games shop. Reason I’m asking is because the board with the pieces/click seems much cheaper than other places. $674 for all of it.
