can't coach, only really just advice but for free I guess.

I do not think there is any reason to be cocky or arrogant. If anyone here with more experience could just give this guy a roadmap of what he could do to improve (puzzles, some good YouTube channels tips), I think he will appreciate it, and it will help him.
