There already is a definition for Troll. It's someone who is deliberately provocative with the intention of causing offence, anger or irritation for attention or amusement.

i mean it's pretty easy to tell looking at who's here actually improving at chess and who's not.

Rating has nothing to do with trolling. If Magnus was to come and make ragebait post and insult people, he would be as much of a troll as a 100 doing the exact same thing.

The key factor is intent—they post to provoke, not to contribute.
