If anyone who reads my post is aware of advanced dynamic books which would be relevant to me which I don't already own, please comment letting me know.
Advanced attacking books

What about Fischer's "My 60 Memorable Games"?
I own that book and plan to study it, but didn't think to include it in the above list because I consider Fischer to be more of a universal player than as a dynamic specialist.

I have "How to Crush Your Chess Opponents" by Simon Williams and its a decent book. It's a collection of 30 annotated attacking games. The games themselves aren't too spectacular, and overall the book should probably be used partly for entertainment, partly for learning. It has 7 chapters with each chapter investigating a different part of attacking chess (Opening to Middlegame, Keeping the Initiative, All-in). Hope this helped a little.

I don't read too much books but i like video lessons, and the one i really enjoyed is Attack with Larryc video series from icc.

Chess Informant Best 1000 Games should be in your collection. Majority of the games are attacking. It includes games of Kasparov, Karpov, Kramnik, Anand, etc.

Note sure if this fits your criteria exactly, but it is relevant to attacking chess technique.....plus it is an advanced book (IMO), appropriate for those rated 2000+ USCF/ELO......
Forcing Chess Moves by Charles Hertan.

That's more of a tactics book @RussBell
I'm also interested in tactics books, but that's a different topic than what this thread was intended for.

Creative Chess Strategy by Romero is a wonderful book on dynamic chess. I'm afraid it's similar to Dynamic Chess Strategy you already owned.
Chess Secrets: The Giants of Power Play (Neil McDonald)
The Art of Attacking Chess (Zenon Franco)
Best attacking games of 2012-2015 (Arkadij Naiditsch & Csaba Balogh)

Maybe ''Learn from Michal Krasenkow'' would be interesting?

Pretty impressive list you have. Hard to come up with more suggestion if you really read and worked through those books
Rashid Nezhmetdinov was a fantastic attacking player but sadly there aren't too many game collection of him beside this one (not sure if just game collection or a bio): https://www.amazon.com/Super-Nezh-Rashid-Nezhmetdinov-Assassin/dp/0938650912
Or a good book of Topalov's game (not mentionned in your list)? Finally Geller, Keres and Anand are also players to watch for

Would you consider Alekhine's self-annotated games a worthy collection for your list?
P.s. It will very soon when you get your NM title!! Your motivation and passion and disciplined intelligence and talent is unmistakable. Congrats in advance!

Wow, how are you going to find the time to read all those?! Are you immortal or something?
I graduated high school early and can do chess full time. My parents are letting me stay with them for some extra time past 18-yrs old to buy me time so that I can try to become a chess professional.
I am interested in studying every relevant (appropriate for 2000+ USCF) book on attacking chess/dynamics/sacrifices on the market. This includes annotated game collections on amazing attackers. I've looked and found many books, but there are probably some that I don't have and haven't managed to find on the internet yet.
Here are the attacking books I already own (some already completed):
