Anyone used Smallfish on iPhone?

Hi I just come across an app called smallfish which claims to use the Stockfish engine. It's on iPhone and iPad. I have problem loading my games on stockfish as it always crashes when I load a game or save a game using both iPad and iPhone. Smallfish seems to work. My main purpose of using this app is to analyze games I play in tournaments. Can anyone give me advice on this? Thanks in advance!!

I checked it out a while back. Used it to look at some old games in a book I had. Seemed pretty reliable at the time that I used it. Only problem I ever had was when you set up a position. It always made you set it up from the white perspective. If you done it from the black perspective it would think that the black and white pawns could move in the opposite direction and queen, which was odd.

SmallFish shouldn't crash when you load a game. Please email tedwong@smallchess.com if you require assistance. I have never seen a crash during my testing.

Well, I don't experience any crash on my iPhone 6, otherwise I would have fixed it. I don't know why you got a crash, but I am happy to resolve the issue.

Anybody who has an issue with the app should email tedwong@smallchess.com. I will give you a solution.

Ok. I am only responsible for SmallFish, as I don't know much about the Stockfish app. Next time, if you try SmallFish and get the same crash, please inform me.

Wow, student-t are u ted Wong? I have to say small fish looks good. Just wanted some opinions from other users before I port all my games over. Can I check does it uses stockfish source code, meaning it's as powerful as a stockfish engine? Thanks!
