Depends on what you mean by about Bobby Fischer. Fischer as a person the Frank Brady's books are the best. Fischers chess play then I think Kasparovs My Great Predecessors is really good or My 60 Most Memorable Games by Fischer himself.

Lucas Anderson has a great very comprehensive video on Fischer’s life with interludes of annotated games for free on youtube. Link

It would help if you're more specific.

One book that's little known and is rather good is Elie Agur's

Kasparov's MGP volume on Fischer is great, though it's obvious he had personal grudges against Fischer.

Fischer's ( or rather Evan's ), My 60 memorable games is a great classic.

Donaldson's books on Fischer are nice and they also contain interesting discussions on how he interpreted some openings etc.

John Donaldson’s recent biography of Fischer is easily the best. Donaldson is a rare chess writer: he knows and uses the tools of the professional historian.
