Hey there,
I'm sure this question has been asked somewhere in the forum before, but couldn't find the thread. So I'd like to ask my own version of the question.
Firstly I wonder, if GM's read any chess books for improving reasons. So I'd like to know if there are any books out there targeted at +2400 +2500 FIDE level?
Also I'd like to ask what books are essential for +2200 players to improve their understanding of chess to GM level? Like series of books (5-10 books) as a path to becoming GM.
I know about Dvoretskys Books (Endgame Manual, SoE Collection etc.), Kotovs Think/Play like GM, Aagards Excelling at Chess/Positional, John Nunn's Secrets of Rook Endings, Volokitins Perfect your Chess and Imagination in Chess of Gaprindashvili. I do have these and read some of them, but not all. What could be added to the list?
Thanks for the answers in advance!
Cheers.
