I usually consult http://fetchbook.info to find the best price on a particular book I'm looking for. I'm sure there are other sites like that around that aggregate other booksellers info into one place...

Check out your local Borders bookstore since they are going out of business and all wharehouse stock is being shipped to the stores, not sure if their online website is still working for orders
whats a cheap place to buy chess books at. Even at Amazon, it seems that paying 20 dollars per book is a lot. randmasters with a chess library of 3000+ must be spending a fortune.
