can't connect to millenium eone

Hi,

I've recently bought a Millenium one board. I can successfully use it with my phone on every app (chess link, white pawn, Chess dojo) except chess.com. When I try to connect (on the same phone) to the board in the settings, it says: "Unable to connect to the selected device." Has anyone any suggestion on how to solve it?

You have to use the Chess.com app, not the Millennium app. Instruction are give starting at @ the 6:30 mark in this video:

Hi. Same problem here. Anyone came up with a solution? Connecting with my Samsung Phone works very smoothly as indicated in the video, but on my son's Redmi Note 10 Pro I can't connect. Always get the error: Couldn't connect to selected device. I already granted the app all permissions possible. Really need some help here!

Same issue here, my phone is Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro.

Maybe the problem occurs only with Xiaomi smartphones ?
