I have Winning Chess Strategies. Silman has credit for contributing to that book, at least in my edition. The style and content is similar to Silman's. It's a good book for an introduction into chess strategy. Also good is Silman's Complete Book of Chess Strategy. It doesn't go into a lot of depth but provides a wide range of information. It lightly covers a number of openings, works on strategy and even provides advice for tournament play.

Anyone tried Amateurs mind ? is it for my level or i should go for How To Reassess Your Chess ? or just go for winning chess series? Please advice and thanks in advance

I don't think any of Silman's books are rated too high for someone of your level. There may be parts you don't understand now but will soon if you study and practice. I have Amateurs Mind and Reasses Your Chess Workbook but not Reassess Your Chess. I think they're all good books that seem to approach their goal (chess mastery or improvement) from different directions and styles.
I would guess Amateur's Mind may be a better choice for you but there are folks here more familiar with the books that will probably have more informed advice.

Get them all Varun. Get all of Silmans books. You can download How To
Reassess Your Chess as a pdf for free.

Get Capablancas book too. If you have an iPad, you should download e+Chess Books app for free. It comes with some free titles for you to, including Capablancas book with a foreword by
Silman

Varun, if you are under 1300-1400 I recomend you read The Amateurs Mind, and if you are under 1600 read How to reases your chess. Read if you want the review I wrote about them in the last comment of this post:
