I have the game Chessmaster on my PlayStation Portable it is a very good game i have learned alot from it already and my rating was high before. The exercises on this game do help alot. If you wish to download the game make sure your firmware is 6.00+ to access the playstation store and have a memory stick as it is cheaped and less hassle than going out and buying a UMD.
