I very much like the Shop https://www.schachvertrieb.eu/en/shipping
Chess shops in EU

In Italy, these are very well known: Le Due Torri and Prisma Scacchi
I used to buy lots of stuff from these sellers back in the 90s

I'm guessing just about any shop in the USA will ship to EU -- if you are willing to pay the shipping costs.
What are you looking for?

I've been looking for silicone chess pieces (got silicone board and triple weighted plastic pieces, but have been interested with silicone ones) and some good foldable travel set for playing/analyzis, maybe magnetic

This is the best source for Silicon chessmen that I know of:

Travel sets, plastic? wood? Pocket set? Many options and sellers for that. Here are examples.

https://www.officialstaunton.com is UK based and has free shipping to U.S. so I'm pretty sure they also have free shipping within the EU.

Shipping cost to my area in Finland is 34 pounds for a 45 pound set

Alphaechecs.fr has the slight bonus of actually existing, although I haven't bought anything from them.

I got a damaged checkboard (mahogany set), and they send a courier to substitute it; I didn’t have to do anything. However, I admit that I expected a bit better quality for 80EUR... it might be that it is handmade. But I didn’t handle many wooden checkboards, so I can’t tell you whether this standard is normal.
Worst case, you call them and send it back... or replace

Oh and now I remember, I can the Slovenian shop http://chessgamesshop.com/index.php?c=12&p=495
I really like their "Dubrovnik Zagreb" set, although mine sadly isn't weighted

Hey,
I was just planning to buy that chess set. If that is the folding chess set, king 90 mm, it says printed on the title. It also costs 79 euro, and I'm not sure if I should buy it. What is yout impression on the board? If it's the same.
Thank you!

Hey, has anyone actually found a decent chess shop in the EU that provides variety selection, fully understandable size, weight, material descriptions, low shipping costs and is in English? Like chesshouse.com, but in Europe?

I had a great experience with https://www.niggemann.com/en/. Quick delivery and fantastic customer service.
Does anyone have in mind good online chess equipment sellers that ship stuff to or within EU? I've been trying to look for some but haven't found anything great yet. I live in Finland amd it seems to be hard to get stuff shipped here from US.
