Chessbazaar Imperial Collector Chess Pieces

Here are a few photos of my latest set of chess pieces. This is the Chessbazaar's version of the 2014 Sinquefield Cup Imperial Collector Chess Pieces set. Im am very satisfied with the quality of craftmanship.

It looks very good.

  I just ordered the Hadrian Luxury Staunton Chess Pieces plus a borderless board a few days ago. There are many beautiful options in the market that I had a hard time to choose one.

Thanks everyone. The set is made of boxwood and ebony.

For me the pawns are the nicest part of the set. The base looks wide and overall they don't look as thin as some sets are.

I think all the pieces are of very high quality. A year ago, I bought a significantly cheaper set from
Chessbazaar, and I can really feel and see the difference in quality between the two sets. As for the pawns, I don't really think they have noticeably wider base than some other standard sets, but maybe I could be wrong.

Gorgeous! Do you perchance know the diameter of the King's base? 

According to the chessbazaar website it is  1.77” (45mm)
