@SteveYorkie 3 and half months to get a replacement king. That's awful! It's inexcusable. ChessBazaar's customer service is now official - it stinks. Let me repeat for emphasis. ChessBazaar's customer service stinks. Beware to all future buyers.

Problem with Chessbazaar replacement policy is they send replacements for faulty chessmen by India Post because it is very cheap but instead it takes weeks to arrive, usually it should not take more than 6 weeks otherwise you should contact them to send you another replacement. With Staunton Castle it is even more difficult because first you should go out of your way to convince them that their chessman is faulty and then you may be kindly asked to buy another set with which they can send your replacement free of charge. However both Chessbazaar and Staunton Castle eventually cooperate and will send you new replacement as they do not wish to lose their generous customers.
