It's actually an iPhone web-application, but if you've got an Internet connection, it might do the trick.
I have only been able to find online ONE piece of software which is for the computer to be a chess clock and has the Fischer increments.
However, it will not run on Vista.
I cannot afford to buy a new digital clock right now, and was hoping there was a computer program out there to let me use my laptop as a clock.
Since 2001 - there must be one? Can somebody please advise me where to find or where to look. I have looked for 3 hours.
