If you already have Deep Rybka 3 running on Fritz 11 interface, will it be worth getting Fritz 12?

$70???? when has Fritz ever cost that much.  Typical double the price and then make it sound like a great deal by offering it at the regular price.  Gotta love capitalism.

I doubt even Deep Fritz 12 will be stronger than Deep Rybka 3

The engine will be completely redesigned but still weaker than Rybka 3. But there is a new GUI and a new kind of premium account on the chessbase server. There will be more live coverage and video lessons.

As I've never owned a chess engine before and always wanted one, I think this is my best chance. Suh-weet!! Thanks Erik! I pre-ordered, but chose media mail to save a few shekels. I should receive it sometime just before Fritz 13 is released. 

P.S. I promise to never have a chess.com window open and Fritz at the same time.

What is Fritz 12 and what is Fritz? Could someone help me out?

Yea I'll stick with my Shredder 11 and Fritz 10 interface.  That engine is rated over 2900 and is all iI'll ever need lol. 

I'll save my money and enter a tourney!
