Difficult Books to Obtain

I have just finished the book Chess Exam by Igor Khlemitsky (I think I spelled that wrong) and it recommended a list of books which are impossible to find on Amazon for less than 100 dollars each.  Does anyone know about a way to get the following books?

Defense and Counterattack Technique in Chess

Positional Play, Mark Dvoretsky

Winning Pawn Structures, by Alex Baburin

Theory of Sacrifice, Rudolf Spielman

I would check ebay too. I sure hope Fire on Board is worth $100, that would make my collection much more valuable Laughing

The Dvoretsky books have been renamed and re-released I think:

I found the Alex Baburin book, for like $45 used.

Chesscafe.com  has the Shriov book:

Hope that helps.

If anyone wants to drop some change on highly regarded paperbacks, the 2 volume series Mastering the Endgame (Shereshevsky) should be on your list. The second volume in particular seems to be harder to find and can range into the mid $100s for a used copy.

Hey, how'd you like Chess exam? It looked like an interesting book to me, I thought I might give it a try.

It was excellent, it seemed thorough and it gave a very detailed appraisal at the end of the book.  There are 100 positions, of varying difficulty, some as simple as knowing the principle of "king behind king" in a bishop endgame, and some so complicated that grandmasters have difficulty with them.  I'm not sure about the accuracy of the rating it gives at the end of the book though, as the rating it gave me was 450 points off my actual USCF rating.

It's Igor Khmelnitsky by the way.
