This won’t work for OTB chess, but as someone who spends 10 plus hours per day in front of a monitor, my AltWork work station is the best chair I have ever had. https://altwork.com. First got at work when recovering from foot surgery and had to work with my legs elevated, and then bought another for home use during the pandemic. Expensive, but very well built and transformational.
