Can anyone recommend an endgame book about principles, strategy and tactics? How to approach the endgame.

It seems like endgame books have titles like 3 billion endgames you must know.

All four books will help you improve your endgame provided that you put in the effort. I would start with one of the first two and continue with one of the last two if I were you.
