"Chess Training Pocket Book" by Lev Alburt and "Practical Chess Exercises" by Ray Cheng both have exactly what you're looking for. 300 positions in Alburt's book and 600 in Cheng's.
They both have a combination of positional, tactical, and endgame positions, and you have no idea which is which--just as in a real game. Problems on the left page, with solutions and explanations on the right page. Just cover up the right page with a notecard and enjoy. It's real brain exercise because you don't know if you're looking for an obvious tactic or a subtle positional move.

The following books are not “Find the Best Move” books, but they do have a good number of exercises (not just 1 or 2) at the end of each chapter...

-Mastering Opening Strategy by Hellsten
