Fritz 11

I have just recieved Fritz 11 and I am trying to figure out how to operate the system my question to chess.com is 

How do you choose what rating to play against?

Specifically I want to play against 1100, and 1000 so please give answers Bye

Try this.

Go to the Menu > Games > Levels > Handicap and fun.  This is the area where you can reduce the strength of the Fritz engine to match your own skill level, and have more fun practicing against it. You can in crease or decrease the base strength, force king attacks, and piece trading, influence the direction of play, etc.
