Fritz 17 and chessbase EASY documentation

Chessbase yes I found some but they are basic and for Fritz not so much.
Worse case scenario I will have to read the user manual 400 pages....
With the number of chess player in the world I am surprise that there is not more teaching material on those two.
Even trying to understand the difference between Fritz and chessbase before buying them, is not easy
Last year I bought Fritz 17 and more recently chessbase with a database.
I tried Fritz but it is quite complicated to use and as at the time, I was doing only puzzle, I just forget about it.
Since mid January I started to played game and discovered the hard way, that even with a good rating at puzzle if you know nothing about opening you are going to lose. So I started to study the basic of opening.
Now I would like to use Fritz and Chessbase.
Anyone know of simple and clear resource on how to use those software ?
Fritz 17 manual is more than 400 pages longue.....
