Whoops, I forgot all about my promise.
The books all arrived safely. I ordered a total of 18 of them. They were from a number of different merchants, so I received them throughout the first two weeks after I ordered them. One book from one merchant was no longer available, and I was issued a prompt refund. Several of the books were so inexpensive, I actually paid more for shipping than what the book cost. (But I was still okay with the total price.)
So I can recommend this site, as an alternative to Amazon, ebay, and other book merchants.

Some of the books are very inexpensive. There are some good titles there too. (With approximately 500 books listed, I would hope there would be some good ones!)
Shipping is often a few dollars. In some cases, because the books are just a dollar or two, the shipping is more than the book itself. But all totaled, it's not too bad.
I'll report back here after they arrive, and let you know if I had any problems, how long they took to arrive, etc.
