I found Play the Caro-Kann by Houska to be very good.

Lars Schandorff, especially given your rating. I think Houska's book is good but it is quite limited in some areas (like the advance variation).
Lars Schandorff for sure - I switched completly to caro after reading his book and trying it out. Very easy to play and still lots of attacking ideas.

I need you recommended me some books for play caro-kann defense as black, I have a chess level between 2000 - 2200 elo I playing before sicilian najdorf and french but now I want to feel like a rock with caro :P
