I'm having a problem using Tarrasch GUI

Let's say I'm making a repertore for Caro-Kann

So I input some main variations, and start analyzing

but after analyze, if I make a move which is already there, it doesn't move to the original variation. For example, like this:

as you can see, it makes new variation of 3. Nc3, instead of moving to original one

I really like Tarrasch, but it bothers me when I'm reviewing my opening lines, which is way bigger than this image.

Does anyone know how to fix it? or recommend me alternate chess GUI software (whose design is simple as tarrasch)?

Not familiar with this GUI, but you should be able to just click inside the PGN window where you want to add the move.

I don't use Tarrasch but there is a fork of it here that might be a more recent build:
