Importing games into a ChessBase engine

All ChessBase chess engine programs come with a games database. In older versions, before the CB/Fritz interface was changed, one could import games in CBV/CBH and PGN formats to its database by going to the database, selecting the Home tab, selecting Paste, and then selecting Append Games.
This does not work in the current interface; for example, in Komodo 13. How does one import games into Komodo 13's games database? No instructions exist for this in Komodo's Help section. Thanks!

That uses the Fritz 16 interface, so looking in that manual will tell you how to create your own database.

Martin, thank you for your help. The program came via a download. No manual is sent with a download.
A friend asked the manager of a CB products outlet how to import games into the Fritz/CB GUI. He too tried and failed to upload games to it, and he too couldn't find directions for this in the online Help. He didn't know of this problem until my friend told him, and now speculates that CB removed the capability to avoid cutting into sales of the full DB.

Open the database you want to copy games from

Highlight the games you want to copy (or CTRL + A to select all games)

Right-click > Edit > Copy

Close the database then open the database you want to copy to

"Home" tab > Paste

The manual is on the Chessbase site. If people couldn't create their own database of games, it would likely kill their sales.

Problem solved! Thanks to all for your help.
